PHILIPPINE PUBLIC RECORDS / LOCAL EXECUTION
Break Kuya B.
Ask a question. Inspect the source. See which code answered.
An unofficial example with eight dated service records. English sources stay in English. No agency transactions or live model calls happen here.

01 / LIVE DETERMINISTIC LOGIC
Try a public-service question
Questions run in your browser. Nothing is sent to an agency. The model results tab is a separate, recorded experiment.
ANSWER & EVIDENCE
No question yet
Choose a case or enter a question to begin.
Replay the full pack
All cases run in order, one at a time. Prompts and checks were written by maintainers; they are not citizen reports.
No replay in this tab yet.
02 / REAL HISTORICAL AMENDMENT
Ninoy Aquino Day, 2024
Proclamation 665 moved the observance from 21 August to 23 August 2024. These are historical records. They cannot answer a current holiday question.
Applying a version changes this tab’s loaded records. It does not update a government system or a signed mobile knowledge bundle.
Affected test question: “When was Ninoy Aquino Day in 2024?” Also check a doubt follow-up and a current-year question.
No historical version loaded.
Load a version first.
03 / RECORDED RESULTS ONLY
Where did the model help?
Same local model, settings and source corpus across three repetitions. Record-only answers are the baseline. The two model lanes share the same prompt; the application lane then checks the output. Lane order alternates. Generations are separate, so differences do not establish a causal accuracy gain.
No results loaded.
Scores check named facts and phrases. They do not prove that every sentence is correct. Expand each output to inspect it. Extractive controls can discard correct paraphrases.
04 / REPRODUCE THE RUN
Take the evidence with you
The kit builds the site, executes the replay and model experiment, drives the browser journey, and exports five browser recordings. Raw captures stay local under tmp/recordings.
npm run public:demo -- --model /path/to/gemma-3-1b-it.gguf
Requires Node 22.18 or newer, Python 3, Playwright 1.58.0, Chromium, FFmpeg and a local model. No API key is used.
Service snapshots are text extracted from fetched public pages; their hashes identify saved extracts. Historical source hashes identify the archived government PDFs, with separate OCR text and page references. Re-fetch and review before relying on a source that needs a new check.
